That kind of solves the weight class issue, as people could gravitate toward their weight-room forte. So we’d have both extremes (PL and crossfitesque lifting)…still nothing for BB though if people still want to do that.[/quote]

I think a “longest burn” would be cool. Like a prolonged contraction/pump mid lift
