The Stupid Thread 2 (Part 2)

Ultimately, the Epsteins of the world will be able to operate in the open, because outrage is relative. So…given the clientele…there’s obviously massive funding from behind the scenes…

It’s funny, when I was in elementary school, sex ed revolved around reproduction. The girls had a separate class with the school nurse who taught them about their periods and feminine hygiene.

How to have sex, with whom to have sex, was not discussed. Seriously, do boys need to be taught how to masturbate?

I fear they’re gonna make the John Rambo character a tranny some day. Joan Rainbow. Shooting everyone’s dick off.

Push ups and leg raises, I can do the goal now. Dips and Chins are tricky because based on the day, a set of 12 dips is easy, or 1 dip feels very awkward and grindy. Do you experience regular changes in ROM and joint stability like that?

The goal is for me to be strong enough that even on my worst, most grindy day I can still easily do the dip and chin goals (with the added weight vest).

I like your style of thinking here, set gradual (albeit) obtainable targets

To be fair, it’s more that I just want to do something while I go through guided PT again that meets the recommendation of “light and easy.” But yeah, gradual and obtainable targets is probably the smart move haha.

Opposite of you. My instability re shoulder is say 70% posterior instability, 20% anterior instability… maybe 10% inferior (pull on my arms and you get a nice sulcus sign).

Pullups, chinups etc are not a problem, neither are dips. But exercises like pushups, bench press, OHP etc are problematic.

Aside from dips, all pushing exercises feel grindy and painful. I used to “grind it out” and I got stronger that way (for years) at the expense of causing a degree of early onset joint degeneration, labral tears, tendonitis etc. Dips used to be the one pushing exercise I was totally pain free with, but now I have some RC issues on my right shoulder… so all pushing exercises need to be limited.

You need to find a physiotherapist who understands and treats patients with EDS. I’ve found one… but it’s hard to find. You either have to use online directories or search for whispers as knowledge about this frequently spreads through ‘word of mouth’. EDS is rare, finding a physio/physician who knows a lot about it is difficult.

He won’t tell me “you can’t go back to XYZ”. He will tell me “you have a disease, and must plan accordingly. We can use strategies to mitigate damage, but injury may set you back regardless”.

There’s a method of taping he uses for posterior instability that works really well for me. Restricts my ROM so I can’t go too far into IR and I can’t reach all the way overhead (feels WAY better like this).

It’s not a “fix”, but if you are participating in high risk activity then taping (two types of tape simultaneously, will ask what types) is a good option for you. Shadow-boxing/hitting the heavy bag with this egregious mass of tape stuck to me provides additive stability. Doesn’t feel like my shoulder is going to slide out of socket every time I throw a hook etc.

You should read the article. The hate and derision was directed to him, not coming from him.

I stand corrected, penn state not only supports pedophilia from the sandusky era but also racism towards white folk

The dummy should have said he’s not white but Italian.

It’s not that Penn State.

Is it racism or is it based off statistics?

Its a satellite campus. Main campus is in Dubois of all places.

Its racism…i see you are trying excuse the behavior

The last thing the woke mob wants is an examination of statistics.

No, it’s envy.

Maybe they are problematic. Facts don’t care about your feelings.

I have no feelings

Oh, well that makes it better.
