Valid point, but it could also be argued that post WW1 policy didnāt hit Germany hard enough to stop them from coming back swinging.

Regardless, if she had an employer, it would be held accountable, not her.
Why would a journalist be protected from this, but a common citizen would not have that same protection?

The real journalist works for an employer who would be responsible for what it publishes. Does one sue a reporter or the newspaper for libel?
This also not a freedom of the press issue but a free speech one.
