As for drag queens reading books to kids i still dont see the problem. Its a pretty normal part of being a kid to learn that people are different, and its ok to be different yourself. No, i see no problem with exposing kids to different ideas and things out of the norm. It is the parents job to parent- ask your kid what he/she thought, discuss if he/she feels like one of the characters, etc.

Yet how many are actually? These articles always talk about schools doing this or libraries doing that all over and then you can only find a few in the entire nation doing it.
