The difference between the first world and up and coming 3rd world countries is there are more regulations, but they don’t ENFORCE them. You can get away with a lot more shit in the latter.
Prior to this shutdown I did not know that there were legions of otherwise normal people just chomping at the bit to go out and fuck up historical, protected trees that are exclusive to certain environments.

Serious warning. NEVER ever get a tattoo in Japanese or Chinese unless you’re sure the tattooist knows the language. More than half of the tattoos I’ve seen on Westerners are wrong.
