oops I meant **not bothering me
I like this way of eating so far, I’m not pressured to eat certain amounts of foods at different times.
brb 30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours or you’ll go catabolic, no carbs after 6 PM, slow carbs + protein as soon as you wake up, fast carbs and whey within minutes of finishing your workout, eat raw vegetables except carrots should be cooked for the vitamin A
no wonder I was spinning my wheels earlier with eating

From what i’ve read on these boards it seems you are overdue a sponsorship for poptarts haha
Idk Stu I’m not as found of poptarts as compared to other sweets or even things like sweet potatoes. Do you only count the carbs from them or do you also include the fat grams in your macros?
Anyways for those of you who got lean any recommendations for how long to hold staying lean before going on a reasonable bulk for those who really never got that lean before?
