I don’t want to endorse any crimes. This is just to show how the courts have dealt with a similar case.

He went to prison, after a hairstylist he formerly employed had admittedly stolen $80,000 from him. He gave her an ultimatum: have sex with him and two bodyguards, or they will report her to police. Obviously, you cannot offer these ultimatums legally.

He got a charge of sexual battery and extortion.
Not quite the same, what if she had approached him and offered sex for him not to go to the police?

But that’s just it, it’s not the same. He said “fuck me or jail”. It wasn’t her offering, it was him demanding.

Of course I agree, you are right. He was the one who brought sex into it.

BUT she had already taken 80k as ‘payment’. He ended up getting oral sex from her.
I have to say that must be some incredible blowjob or it was him who got a very bad deal, as there is no mention of her having to pay back 80k.

My point is that it was not ‘rape’ as we define it as she chose to do that, when offered a) go to jail b) give me head. I am not advocating what the guy did, he is an idiot who went to prison for 6 years off of a blowjob that had already cost him $80,000

A woman accepting money for a sex act is certainly not rape, regardless of her current financial condition. Maybe some of you should familiarize yourselves with the basic elements of rape before you post again:

 1. Force or threat of force.

 2. Sexual contact against the will of the victim.

 3. Consent (for sex)cannot be given (legally) if a person is impaired, intoxicated, drugged, underage, mentally challenged, unconscious, or asleep.

Now if none of these elements are met there is no rape.

End of story.

 1. and possibly 1. threat of homelessness. Sounds like force to me.
You are very wrong my friend. The woman entered into a legal agreement when she decided to lease an apartment from the Landlord, just as hundreds of people do each day. When she, of her own free will and volition, decided to sell her body for money to the Landlord that was certainly not rape. And in fact she was committing the crime of prostitution and the Landlord solicitation. Both could have been incarcerated for their actions. But, of course, the issue has nothing to do with rape.
So, now this old man is the Landlord? Did anyone actually read what clip wrote?
LL or not it’s the same secenario. It’s not rape, nor is it even close to rape.

Well I dont think he should’ve went to jail. She could’ve said no, although she would’ve been reported. I dont see rape.

Absolutely. And I hope she had to pay the money back, otherwise it was him who got raped!

Why don’t feminists say anything about this rape? If a group of boys were going around sexually harassing girls and threatening girls with violence if they dont have sex, which is REAL RAPE by the way, feminists would be up in arms, there would be Take Back the Night marches, a panel of “experts” would be on CNN talking about the imaginary rape culture (if they want to see a real rape culture they can go to Egypt), and the boys would immediatley be arrested, no questions asked. They would be guilty until proven innocent. This time, the feminists and lesbian groups are denying it and saying “we need more time” and “theres no proof”, but wait a minute…i always thought women who said they’ve been raped or sexually harassed should always be believed, no matter what??? I guess it only counts when the accused rapist is a male

So again I ask, where are the feminist for this situation:

I guess rape is only wrong if its man on woman according to feminists.

Good analogy.
That’s not a good analogy.

Clip never said that she went over there expecting to sell her body. She went over their to ask for the money. That is not the same as going to a pawn shop. In a pawn shop you go to sell your TV, this woman didn’t go over there to sell her body, she went to ask for money.

He has a responsibility to women and children. That is all I am saying. If you don’t get that, maybe re-read clips scenario and get some morals.
If some random person (man or woman) contacts me asking me for money, the answer will always be no regardless of what they tell me. I have no reason to believe them. Even if they were a loose acquaintance and neighbor I wouldn’t.
Okay. I’m not sure how this deals with the scenario as it doesn’t look like they are random people.

The woman in the scenario didn’t offer him sex, she asked him for money.

Fine I concede, it wasn’t rape in the first scenario it was just soliciting and extortion.

It is wrong when a man rapes a woman, if it is really rape we’re talking about. But you and I both know that feminists never say a word unless its a man raping a woman.

Who gives a shit? That is obviously far and away the most common and dangerous form of rape.

Common? Yes. More dangerous form of rape? You’re stating that a man raping a woman is more dangerous than a woman raping a man? Now how do you figure that my friend?
