It’s funny that feminists have brainwashed the public that having sex with a drunk woman is automatically rape that the woman is in no way responsible for. Even though there was no force involved or no one made the woman get drunk in public or drink liquor. But it’s only rape when its male on female.
However, if you remember the feminist play Vagina Monologues it has in it a 24 y/o lesbian that gets a 12 y/o girl drunk and has sex with her. The 12 y/o ends up becoming a happy lesbian that doesn’t need a man for anything. So according to feminist:
adult man + drunk adult woman=rape
adult woman + drunk pre teen girl=some type of greater moral good, especially if the 12 y/o girl turns into a man hating lesbian.
Who said automatic rape? Oh, only you. Okay.
That’s what you’re implying. If a man has sex with a drunk woman, you’re implying it should be considered rape. Why is that? If a woman has sex with a drunk man, would you consider that rape?
You do realize that if a woman had sex with a drunk man and she got pregnant, she could still put him on the hook for child support for the next 18 years. And the courts would still hold him fully liable for it. But if a man has sex with a drunk woman and she regrets it the next morning, it’s rape?!? Double standard!!!

Great reason for waiting until marriage.
So women can screw all they want and not be responsible for anything, but the man has to bear all the responsibility?
If society was like it was 50 or 60 years ago, I could buy it, but today, where everyone is “EQUAL” shouldn’t you be responsible for your own actions whether man or woman? Or does a vagina give you all the pro’s but none of the con’s?

I think you need to calm down and stop making radical assumptions. If a woman cannot consent to having sex, that means you raped her whether she is drunk or not. Same thing if a woman has sex with a man and he does not consent. Obvious rape is obvious.

Everyone is equal in their responsibility. Don’t get drunk and don’t have pre-marital sex and don’t have sex with drunk people that can’t give their consent.
BC, are you thinking passed out or about to pass out drunk where the person obviously is incapable of making decisions, or giggly uninhibited drunk but still able to make decisions even if they might be regrettable decisions?

Matters, I don’t know the specifics on what is considered “still able to make decisions.”

Im not saying if you see a random woman drunk passed out on the sidewalk you should stop and have sex with her. But if like the man posted before its just “giggly uninhibited drunk” thats not rape, no matter how much the woman in question regrets it the next morning.

Yeah…keep saying to yourself that is what you mean by drunk.
Someone asked which society blames the woman for getting raped and the answer is numerous African countries and Muslim countries. The woman who is raped is disowned by her family because she has brought shame upon them by not retaining her virginity. Just think of Eman al-Obeidy from Libya. Her people would normally disown her and her village would cast her out and her fiance would refuse to marry her. Why? Because she was gang raped by soldiers. If a country has no qualms about selling 11 year old girls in marriage to 40 year old men and then saying “oh well” when they die in childbirth, they pretty much hold women in lower esteem than their animals.
Rape is anything nowadays. A man can be railroaded on just the word of a woman with no evidence whatsoever. Thats why every time I hear of a “rape” I usually doubt it. REAL RAPE, like hitting a girl over the head with a stick and dragging her in an alley kicking and screaming and punching her while fucking her is exceedingly rare. But thats real rape.
Not a woman drinking too much, her on choice by the way, then sleeping with a man is not rape. Don’t know what it is, but I know what it aint, and it aint rape! I guess the idea is if the woman thinks the man she wakes up next to after a night of drunken sex is attractive, its not rape, but if she thinks the guy is ugly and wants to make herself feel better, she can always go down to her local police precinct and file a rape charge. And she’ll automatically be believed because she’s a woman.
By feminists definition any time a guy “manipulates” or “takes advantage” of a female to get sex is rape. Two scenarios:
Cute college girl loses her job and can’t pay her rent. Theres an overweight, smelly 60 y/o man that lives across the hall from her and always oogles her that she know has the $500 she needs to pay her rent. She goes and ask him for the money. He knows she has no where to go to get the money and she will be homeless. He says he’ll give her the money…on the condition she has sex with him. She agrees, believing she has no choice. She feels very dirty afterward, and goes home to take a long hot shower. Was she raped?
A woman and a man are at the mans cabin in the middle of the woods. Theres a big snowstorm outside and sub zero temperatures. The man tells the woman she has to have sex or leave immediatley. It would take her a couple hours to walk to the nearest civilization. And he planned it this way. He goes in the bedroom and tells her to come in the bedroom if she decides yes. If not, lock the door behind her. She decides to sleep with the guy. Was she raped?
Feminists would say yes. I would say no. They had a choice, although it may have been a shitty choice, but a choice nevertheless. You may say the men took advantage and manipulated. Still not rape. No matter how dirty or regretful the girl felt after the fact.

I would pay to be a fly on some wall in Pakistan when that happens.

Way to get back at that wicked patriarchy!
not that I’m anyone important
But I like the point you said about a man being drunk, and a woman having sex with him (shes sober) but she gets pregnant and he’s on the hook. I’d call that rape and not equal at all!
On another note, I don’t think anyone should be getting drunk and having sex unless your a married or long term couple (You might end up hooking up with those two dinners and a movie girl haha!)
There are obviously grey areas, where both parties of a sexual encounter are drunk (I have done this, and certainly did not/do not consider myself a rapist) and it is conceivable that a woman, in that case, might feel that ‘I don’t remember consenting so it must be rape’.
I have once in my whole life genuinely blacked out from drinking to the point memories weren’t available the next day. That is not a practice to be recommended (if you want to be wise and safe) either, is it? In that state of intoxication, ANYTHING could happen to a person, you are about as safe as a baby in a road. Another stupid practice which people should be aware: they can do this, but there may be very bad consequences beyond their control, due to other factors (e.g. the evil of some other individuals) in the world we live in.
However, I do not belive ‘most women lie about rape’! There is approx 5% conviction rate for rape! I do not believe 19/20 women who accuse a man of rape are lying. The legal system (after the fact of a woman being already raped, when the damage is already done) in inherently very flawed, which IMO is all the more reason to do all you can to avoid being a victim.

Yes, that is the tragedy of Islam that even though some women think there is equality because Muslims do not view men and women to be the same species, that they are in fact no seen as equals at all. They are viewed as a creature below man because man was created as G-d’s highest physical being.
Even though Catholics do not have the best of history when it comes to its women, its theology is one of the best when it comes to women. Not only are women created equal when it comes to morality and judgment, they are in fact above men in most regards. The highest human being (besides Jesus) is in fact Jesus’ mother, the Virgin Mary. And, he treated her in higher regard than he did himself, imagine that…a G-d, the G-d, the most powerful being ever humbling himself to a WOMAN to be conceived in HER womb, and to be born by a WOMAN.
And, people wonder why Catholics revere Mary, because our G-d thought that she was good enough for him to be born and be taken care of as a baby by her that she at once become the Mother of G-d. What a title to give a woman…
So, if anyone else wants to ask why Catholics pray and honor Mary…because if she was good enough for Jesus, she’s good enough for me.
