The Saga of The Charming Albino

Allow me to quote Da Charming Alino, “Jeebus!”.

Great job!

Awesome zerchers, rack pulls…well, everything! Looking good and strong DCA.

Seriously strong work little brother. Couple more days and your physical largeness may rival my own. in a cuter way, of course
Eat Harder,
old lardass

My wife has joined the neighborhood gym and told me “YOU will train me…”

I’m glad she’s committed to exercising, but…

God help me.

Big overhead Pressing…

I love my wife but we’d kill each other if we went to the gym together…

Mebbe we’ll meet in the middle as your weight comes down and mine goes up.

Doing good on the scale of 0 to me though.

Went to the new gym with my son and ran him through some exercises with me.

Big day in bench! That equals my best regular style bench ever. And it was not hard.

Front squat felt solid, though hard to get out of the bottom.

Two guys were telling each other “that guy is going to ruin his shoulders and back doing rows like that” - one is doing 180 lbs lat pull downs by bringing his torso parallel to the floor and the other is curling 30 lb DBs for endless sets. Yeah - this is a critique I need to be sure to attend.

Excellent training day.

Thats a helluva bench day DCA. You are really doing some damn good lifting as usual. I think your bench is doing damn fine, buddy.

Thanks J_willy. I’m coming after you and Strick, now, man.

I think I can bring board work back in on one of my bench days. I had to hit a second gear to lock it out, but I seem to be fine off the chest now.

Awesome benching DCA! Really solid! You seem to have the Midas touch, especially of late.

Glad j-willy and I could provide a couple of targets. At this pace, we’ll have to be targeting you in a few weeks.

Not me, Strick: the program’s got low enough volume that I can recover (with the extra weekend day off I can supercompensate even more) AND I’ve been eating above my weight for the last month or so. The combination is very powerful. Simple physics, really.

DCA… looking good, that is a solid bench/front squat day.
Nice work.

I think I am on the negative 0 scale for bench

I like going to the gym. I tend to push more weight. I like the steroid comments from guys outweighing me by 30 pounds who press 50 lbs less than me.

Sharpens my appetite.

Steroid freaks like you are ruining weightlifting.

Watch out man, I might fly into a roid rage and beat up my girlfriend. You wanna be responsible for that?

Just don’t kick any dogs.

Awesome benching and frontal squatting.

Thanks SteelyD.

That was fully erect full frontal knee-bending BTW.

I’m going to hell for that…

Your new avatar brought some questions to mind. Found your vid it was from. I start in the up position and do them as squats. I can see where starting them in the down position would be a lot harder. I also watched some by a Matt Hastie doing 405 for reps. He’s doing them from the floor but almost as a GM. Using much more lower back. I’m so confused. Not really, think I’ll try them both ways.
