Bought another 25 lb tub of weight gainer. Between that and kefir plus regular meals I should be able to gain some weight.
No shoulder pain from bench today. Looks like the biceps tendon is back in place for real.

Back and knees are whining from painting on my hands knees for 6 hours yesterday. No squats today, man.
Need to work on hip mobility for real. I’m flexing at the lower back too much too often for daily stuff.

None so far, it’s something I need to ponder on.
Well - Wendler’s program is working pretty well for my bench, but I don’t think it’s doing much for my squat and DL. I think the lower body stuff is too much too close together for me.
I’m going to take some of the principles (rotating 5,3,and 1 reps) from it and apply them to the program maraudermeat gave me (principles which he put forth at the time,BTW). Squat or dead every 6/7 days instead of every 4th day. I seem to recover and get stronger at that frequency. It’s also a little more free-form in that I can rotate main lifts, which I like.
