The most important thing is that you’re sticking with it. You should actually be seeing some improvement in your glucose levels by now huh? Probably not huge, but measurable.
I recall reading that fish oil taken with each meal helps keep insulin spikes in check. You might already be doing that though, since you started off on the V-Diet and all.
I also caught “no worries” bagel and pizza bit a couple pages earlier. Hopefully, these are not subtle signs of slippage, eh? =]
Here ya go Boss. Today was a carb load on the Anabolic Diet.
I ate a shitload of high quality carbs over the course of the day including a glass of orange juice after my workout a couple hours ago. I just tested my blood sugar and it’s 101. That is a such a great feeling considering less than a year ago I was having bouts of fading consciousness from it being so high.
The payoff is worth the effort man on so many levels. Just a quick word of encouragement.
