owlie- She is for sure a miscief maker! And yes, I wasn’t given any instruction really, and spent a few months of horrible form squatting. I would much rather do it right, and have it look really good though, so I will take the time to fix this issue. It sure is a bitch though. But hey, I’m not to good to swallow my pride.

I was told today by a friend that he didn’t think I had the build for powerlifting.
I don’t agree with that because I carry 166 pounds pretty well for my height. Leading me to believe that I’m pretty solid, and have always been pretty strong that way, without being “bigger”

Oh, just a little tid bit from the gym today.
During RDLs. random guy in civies walks up to me while im on the platform (never seen this dude in the jim before) pointing at the bar “Are you going to lift that” me: um, yeah. him: “wow, you can lift that much”
me: yes… so then he proceeds to stand there and observe my next set. fucktard.

Tommorrow is bench day. can’t wait to see how many fucks try to tell me something…

I will be sure to let you all know.

Oh, and this log was a brilliant idea, I am loving it already…Feeling super motivated to kick some ass everyday then come back here and tell you all about it!

Oh side note: I don’t always do sets of certain numbers, sometimes I don’t count at all…so if my numbers aren’t symmetrical; that’s why.
Today I had cramps before going to the gym, but decided to take some ib profin and tough it out.

DB bench 3x9x50 1x7x35(drop set)
Bench 1x8xbar, 1x6x95(warmup) 2x4x135 1x3x155(assisted on last rep) 1x8x115(half reps) 1x8x95(half reps)…my friend was trying to show me someting new, and ended up smoking the shit out of me!
was not feeling strong today…due to feminine issues. UHG.
incline bench 3x5x95
rope tri pull dn 3x12 (weigh in kgs)
overhead rope ext 3x12 (weight in kgs)

SHORT abs sesh.

Cut my workout way short seeing as my body decided to remind me that I was a WOMAN right in the beginning of my workout. awesome.

Is this where we share “I hate my ovaries” stories? Cause I’ve got one.

Just last week at the mall I, like, hemorrhaged. I had just changed things before I walked out the door and thought something felt a bit wrong, but assumed I was just being paranoid. Looked down a few minutes later and I was a mess.

On the bright side, I was in front of Saks when this happened and took it as a sign that I needed to buy the True Religions I had been eyeing.

Haha, at least we have no shame.
I didn’t even have anything to fix the problem, decided to suck it up and continue with the workout.
Now I’m going to curl into the fetal and hope to sleep.

short, and not sweet. hopefully my body will calm down and let me have a little longer workout tomorrow.

Dude, you need to start deloading around the rag homie. This is what I’ve been doing and it makes life so much easier. Cuts out having to feel like shit for not killing it in the gym, plus gives the body an all around break, especially if you’re like me and get completely zapped of energy.

I’m “deloading” now actually :stuck_out_tongue:

Mel- it’s sorta true…and ya, I was thinking of the same type of routine myself to add more volume to my parts…but I’ve been having ‘fun,’ with what I’ve been doing though!

I know, it just sucks so bad bc mine are HELLACIOUS. painful. horrible. miserable. for at least 4 days. uhg.
and I took 3 days off last week so I don’t want to take these days off but I might just have to suck it up.
