If you’re not hungry enough to eat pure protein (chicken, fish, beef) then you’re not truly hungry.

You’re just bored, emotional, or having a food craving.

Until you’ve reached a point where you’ve eaten so much protein throughout your life that this no longer becomes a “no” lol.

The wife still looks at me in amazement/disgust that I’ll put down 20oz of chicken breast with no seasonings, and still want more. At least eventually I get too full to eat, but that defeats the point now - doesn’t it?

I agree. With air fryers and ninja grills, I can always eat some well-prepared, properly seasoned meat.

I use the broccoli test. single-serving frozen bag that microwaves in 6 minutes.

I am never so hungry I eat one just because.

I love this test, but it only works for lean proteins for me. I’ll eat salmon or beef whenever.

I’d swear, salmon is the most easily eaten pro/fat combo ever, and in huge quantity.

idk… whether I’m hungry or not, I could always go for fish, chicken, plain greek yoghurt or eggs.

It’s easier for me to pass up cupcakes than boiled chicken

I went to a Brazilian steakhouse recently where they just bring you various cuts of meat until you decline. It’s like $100 per person so you want to get your moneys worth. I ate plenty but couldn’t keep pace with my friend. After a while another piece of meat just seemed repulsive. I feel like I let you all down.
