The Pros: Part II

I just meant that when you’re on steroids, getting the “last rep” is a lot easier, than when you’re training drug free. It’s also easier to train with more intensity, or at least it is for me, and people I work out with.

Didn’t anybody read that Dorian Yates interview? That sort of convinced me that the pros weren’t big just because of all their drugs, not Yates anyway. A guy at work told me the same stuff about Coleman too, & I think it’s pretty amazing. He started out as a powerlifter which of course is why he uses huge weights & has ripped up, massive legs. I’vve also read that Paul Dillet (correct me if I’m wrong) has the most pitiful deadlifting form anyone has ever seen, which is inexcusable.

No your right I have “trained” with Dillet before and it was a joke. He known for talking to his friends during his sets!
On the other hand I once saw Dorian train (Which was rare because he was usually in seclusion) and it amazed me. He worked very HARD.
