Maybe there is more…, i quite simply owe my whole life to Bodybuilding and weight training. Literally.

JJ pretty much nailed them all, but I would add enlightenment. It definitely gives you a much better perspective and view on the world of ‘fitness,’ as opposed to how the mass media and Hollywood portrays it.
