The Predator Program

Hey, man, I don’t blame you. He’s a genius level expert dieter that’s also the greatest programmer of all time. Of all TIME! Seems like a real catch, get em!

How the fuck did I know this? How?

Cause I just told you? Heh…

I’ve heard of this happening from being smacked, ie. “I’ll smack you so har your grand babies will hurt…”

This stuff is legit!

Lmao - I’m 100% certain that “modern nutritional thought” doesn’t think that at all.

Serious bump here… at least now I’ll have some more entertainment online besides watching only Jason blaha (another self admitted 140+ IQ genius) make even more of a fool of himself week after week.

Fasting glucose for example… Studies show that protein only diets will raise fasting glucose via gluconeogenesis

A protein only diet would kill you.

Protein/fat, but obviously fat doesn’t contribute to glycogen production.

Lol - the article title is a question addressing the fact that people are primarily ill informed. She even Includes “Don’t freak out about the sugar” As she zeroes in on why so many uneducated folks think they shouldn’t eat a lot of fruit.

S

Agreed she makes some notes as mentioned about refined versus unrefined sugar, but she also has a paragraph just beforehand talking about limiting portions, caloric surplus from fruit, and nutrient timing. In other words, don’t eat too much…

Here’s another…

And another…

But look, the overall point is the message “don’t eat too much fruit” is out there. You don’t have to be an expert or a Google master to see it pervade nutritional advice. I mean obviously because I’m not an expert and I’ve seen it right?

Anybody know a guy (or gal) that did that?

Bill: “Ole Jimmy was a good guy, but man he ate too much fruit!”

Mike: “Yeah, I here ya Bill. We all knew it was coming, but he just wouldn’t listen. The guy loved his apples.”

Sad, really. Too much fruit.

The fact that wrong information is “out there” just shows how uneducated the masses are. You won’t find anything along those lines in actual scientific or nutritional journals.

And the reference to a caloric excess, well that applies to any source of any macronutrients… you seem to be really stretching for this.

S

What do you think matters more to the masses? Published studies? Or what an RD is posting on the Internet?

Sure, the masses need to be educated more. I just don’t think you can blame someone who is concerned about fruit intake due to all of the widely available misinformation on the Internet.

A part of my books is referencing all the studies, actual studies, that are contrary to some more mainstream information.

Did you even bother to read these?

Of course not. I want to look at the title and author then make assumptions about the content.

That entire post is a wonderful example of vaguely smart-sounding words plastered together in a sequence that faintly looks a little bit like you know something, but on closer examination by an actual scientist, almost entirely useless.

As for “dismissing” science, you’re picking a fight with the wrong guy here, but okay.

Well, your reading comprehension skills leave much to be desired then.

First paragraph:

Diabetes an issue for some not all:

The next link does basically the same thing:

so on and so forth.

The articles are basically saying, “Hey, if these things apply to you then you might be eating too much fruit.”

I mean, are you for real? You can’t comprehend a fluff piece on livestrong, but we’re to believe you can interpret scientific literature?

I’ll just leave this here:

How many people have you helped achieve fat loss results? In other words, how often have you been able to reliably reproduce real world actions to address the obesity epidemic?
