On the other hand, if he had a PhD he would not be eating raw meat every other day to emulate the diet of a wild predator.
Well, except if he had a PhD in applied ascetic weirdness.

Part of your ‘diet’ is eating raw meat Dude. Humans started using fire to cook their meat like 200,000 years ago!

I’m not suggesting anything. I’m outright saying that you are not an expert at anything fitness related.
Actually you also said that Stu doesn’t quote other experts too. I’m pretty sure that’s a false statement but I have no doubt Stu will correct me if I’m wrong on that.

And?
Curious PureNsanity… Since you make the claims of Superior knowledge and unless I misunderstand wanting to write a E Book? What is your education in regards to exercise and general fitness? Do you have a degree in nutrition ? In Biology ? exercise science? general physical education? Medical ?
How many years experience do you have under the bar and or general fitness? Are we talking 6 months a year or two or a decade plus. Do you have any experience actually designing exercise or nutritional programs for people and what are there results?

I said that to prove a point. You’re grasping at straws now. Give us an answer as to why anyone should give a shit about this diet. If your hypothesis was eating once every 3 days will make you into a tiny waif, then nice work.
I’m writing an ebook about beards increasing muscle mass.
Thanks for the previous positive comments.

How does saying something false prove a point?

LOL, OP your diet sucks. You could’ve been eating not-raw food every day and been just fine. What will you do now that your GOD science has failed you!?
Yes, science is a failure.
So I started at 175 lbs with 134 lbs of lean tissue (19.5% BF, 7 lbs BMC). I’m losing weight right now and am down to 158 lbs in 42 days. The goal of losing weight is of course to maximize fat loss while minimizing lean mass losses. How much lean mass would I need to preserve in order for this to be considered a successful weight loss diet? How much fat mass would I need to lose by 90 days for this to be considered successful?
Let’s qualify these and we can judge at the end if this is successful or not.
For somebody starting where you were/are, I would expect a well-planned diet and lifting program followed with 100% adherence (which is a given for expert dieters like you) to produce something like 15 lbs of fat loss and at least a modest increase of lean mass and strength in the first 90 days.
If the diet was exceedingly complicated, difficult to adhere to, or caused a significant disruption in normal living I’d need it to produce better results in order to be considered a success. If I did something as out there as only eating raw meat every third day for 3 months, I’d consider it a failure if I lost any less than 20 lbs of fat and visibly increased muscle mass and boosted strength by 5-10%. Thats a lot to expect in 90 days, but if I could get comparable results eating like a normal human, why the hell would I follow such a crazy plan?
If you get the results specified above, I imagine everyone will take back every negative thing they’ve said about you and your experiment. Keep us posted.
^ I still would not eat raw meat.

I personally wouldn’t either, but if somebody got those results doing it I doubt anyone would consider it a failure.
Roger that

See where I have you quoted up there?
Humans started using fire to pre-digest(cook) their meat 200,000 years ago.
You are basically trying to trick your body into thinking it’s in primal predator mode. But, your bodies primal predator mode involves taking that kill and cooking it on a fire before eating it.
IF humans had started using fire 50-100 years ago, and we had started to show signs of getting smaller and weaker, I could possibly understand your approach. But, we have plenty of actual evidence that shows the human body does very well at getting bigger, stronger, faster, and leaner while cooking meat before eating it.
So, I find it ‘ridiculous’ that part of your little experiment involves almost 100% of it’s calories coming from a food source prepared in a way that your body isn’t designed to consume.
