I might have missed it in here beforehand(I did look, but not tremendously hard). What’s been the procession of your training from beginning lifting to now? Maybe throw in any interesting tidbits/highlights of each. Thanks
There’s a lot of hilarity in my old logs, but there’s a ton of information in those two, I’d definitely recommend reading both through when you have any time to kill

I totally bailed on the group hahaha, reason being that I felt that the group had somewhat of a standard, which apparently wasn’t the case
Oh well. Let the guys know I’m more than happy to help them out and They can post their questions on my log instead of FB messages.
Major LOL on him asking about Block Periodization, the fact he name dropped RTS was Lulz worthy enough because it look like a gross misapplication of the concept in that “workout” of his.

If people like you and Blackaggar leave and people like that dickweed keep populating the place the standard will only get lower over time. I had such high hopes. ![]()
Is your next meet raw?
Regarding your goals, what would it take for you personally to consider yourself one of the greatest powerlifters ever?
I will competing Raw in the USAPL until at least March of 2013, after that, who knows.
It’s funny, I was just hanging out with Bug and he asked me about my this as well.
I’d literally would have to be as strong as Chuck V in the squat and deadlift… and still have to a better bench than him, for me to honestly think that.
Also, I think Squatting 800, Bench 500, and Pull 750-800 Raw at say 242, with an 1150 Squat, 700 Bench, 800+ Pull equipped would put me in the discussion, at the very least.

I expected as much, since those numbers are getting close to Coan territory. I’m excited to see how you do - I have no doubt you will do incredibly well.

Yeah, I’ll always place Coan as GOAT, but being place in the top 10 would be the most reasonable of an unattainable goal.
