Not going to happen. Frankl told me to never go to Killian, Texas as there is nothing there and not worth the trip.

Also, my training partner and I are trying to put on a USAPL meet early August so we will be busy with that. Next year, though, unless I get into single ply gear…in which you will have to gear up to face me at nationals

Week 7 Transmutation, Day 1

Bench -

78% 1x3 300lbs
83% 2x3 320lbs
87% 2x2 340lbs

Squat, Beltless -

75% 3x3 415lbs

Floor Press -

85% 2x3 325lbs

Rhodes and Brian wanted me to lower my training max as they saw that I was straining too much, and that I have to trust my own training more because I still have what they call a “Max Effort” mentality where if I’m not hitting PR training weights all the time, that I think I’m not getting stronger. So I brought down my max to 385lbs on Bench and everything felt good, I felt that I go work in, and not necessarily over straining. I trust their eyes on my lifting.
