The Portal of Det Azathoth

God asks Peyton Manning first: “What do you believe?” Peyton thinks long and hard, looks God in the eye, and says, “I believe in hard work, and in staying true to family and friends. I believe in giving. I always try to do right by my fans.”
God can’t help but see the essential goodness of Manning, and offers him a seat to his left.

Then God turns to Tim Tebow and says, “What do you believe?” Tebow says, “I believe passion, discipline, courage and honor are the fundamentals of life. I’ve always tried to be a true sportsman, both on and off the playing field.” God is greatly moved by Tebow’s sincere eloquence, and offers him a seat to his right. Finally, God turns to Tom Brady: “And you, Tom, what do you believe?” Tom replies, “I believe you’re in my seat.”

You aren’t by any chance a football fan who is rooting for the Patriots?

I haven’t been going to games since 1995

Det can you explain a little bit more about CMS/MS? Is that programming run for someone who has a total that meets those requirements? Thats what it seems to be to me but I can’t exactly tell. And you don’t deload between programs do you? Like if my plan was to run 29 37 32 one day, theres no deload inbetween you just head straight into the next and add 5-10lbs to you maxes right?
CMS/MS - you do that programming when your total meet those requirements, they’re not for everybody.

You only do #32 when you’re getting ready for your meet, otherwise do another monthly plan and add 6.25lbs to your training maxes
Lolz specifically 6.25?
Yes

80% * 6.25 = 5. I wanted to increase the rate that I was progressing on the three lifts, but the occasional 10lb jump on 80% work seemed like a bit much. This way, you make a 5lb jump on the 80% sets every time and it will take 16 jumps to get to the point where 85% makes a 10lb jump.

Yes, I really sit around and think about stuff like this.
… This is scarily accurate. You actually write programs for people? I thought stronghold did all that shits
I’m really nerdy and I’m good at math? Haha

Stronghold writes programs for my multi-ply endeavors, I generally tend to to stick to doing programs like Sheiko for my raw work.

I write out training programs for my guys, I can’t really write stuff for myself because I’ll get “paralysis by analysis” syndrome if I do.
Wanna go into the ridiculousness of explaining how multi-ply would be fashioned to this type of training? I see in some of my spreadsheets I have parts where you have options for partial gear, full gear, and raw so I figure sheiko can be run multi-ply?

Powerlifting Watch is probably the best place, if there isn’t a local one for you, then maybe there isn’t in the area.

I’d check nearby States for meets if you’re willing to drive out.

Haha, get use to it.

My Saturday training sessions are going to have my GPP exercises to build my Bench even further.

For the most part, the split is now going to look like this (roughly)

Monday - Squat/Bench/Squat

Wednesday - Deadlift/Bench/Deadlift

Friday - Bench/Squat/Bench

Saturday - Deadlift/Bench Assistance/Deadlift
