Haha, I guess my buddy thought he recorded the 395 but I guess not since he was too busy wanting to side spot. Every other important lift is on there though.
Thoughts:
My 510 squat: My set up was poor, I started from a too far forward position. Even though I recovered, if that was a max weight, I should just ask for a re-rack since I won’t be able to recover from a poor starting position/set-up.
My 610 Deadlift: Just pull it with no hesitation otherwise I’ll pull from a less than favorable position.
I didn’t take either of these “3rd” attempts as seriously as I should have and got sloppy. I will fix that by meet day.

Oh and LOL at the bar literally flying off my back on both squats. I guess that means I’m getting explosive :D!
I’ve also experienced this. It’s an awesome feeling.

Yeah, I think the box jumps as part of warm up for neural activation purposes really makes a difference.
I’ve gotten better at lifting high % weights faster than I ever did with traditional speed work.

Good stuff Det! Cant wait to see you dominate the meet man. Keep it up for the next few weeks and wait for the PRs to fall into place.
PS: Nice pic at the end of the video lolz
Haha, I have no idea how that picture got taken, oh wellz
