I have recently posted a couple of things asking questions about what to do …now I am lifting bug eating somewhat bigger. im increasing my cals slowly like 250 a week for this next month and then going to start cutting in March. for the beach. my problem areas are the dreaded nipple fat, love handles (i think its mostly lower back fat). I have a big upper body but small legs and no glutes.
My question is when i start to cut in March what should happen to my eating.

Clean up your diet and stay at maintenance levels. With your stats there’s no reason to do any bulking/cutting. Eat clean and lift weights.
What is your caloric intake currently for your bulk? I have your Maintenance needs as around 2800 calories (Using 175lbs, 68inches and 30 as your age, along with a “moderate” activity multiplier). Are you above that? If you are, great. If not, then you are currently eating on a deficit, and are technically dieting as we speak. For gaining, you need to adjust calories above your maintenance, and for dieting, swing your caloric intake below 2800 calories. This is also assuming that your food selections are good, and you are getting your proper amounts of nutrient in your diet. If you care to givemore info, I can help further.

i am 24 and my diet is around 2800 cals slowly increasing…250 a week, however (comma . pause for effect)my activity is gym mon-thurs. then sat. for about an hour. What calc did you use
