The Perfect Raw Fat/Oil Mix?

So, if I am trying to bulk up, and want to take the easy way out, I should be getting variety, yeah? EV olive oil (mono), EV coconut(sat), Fish Oil(polyunsat), meat fat(mix), cheese fat(sat)? Thats about all I can grab my hands on i think… other than that, other ideas? Im talking about constructing a wholesome fat intake from just raw products.
