Fist time pulling like this since I started smolov so form was all over the place. I want to do singles up to 405 but my right calf started to cramp like a mother so i shut it down at 365.

Yep, I’m going light on the assistance work because I didn’t do any on Smolov and I don’t want to shock myself with volume. Particularly considering the 6x volume is fairly tiring as it is.

Good volume on the pulls as well as the upper back work. How fast did that single move after all those triples?

I am following it very loosely myself. I am structuring the main lift with the 6x3 upwards till 6x5 then go up 10 pds and repeat. My secondary day is 6x4 @ 80%.

I will continue doing this till I stall then will start the Peaking ie: going to the 5x5,4x4,3x3 etc.

solid easy and brutal.
