I have some sort of routine deficit disorder and cannot just stick to a freak plan.

Bought new elitefts heavy knee sleeves to replace the regular elitefts sleeves I have that have tears right at the knees in both sleeves. These things feel like they are made out of iron. Also bought a pair of micro mini bands. next will be chains…

Yeah I know, its jsut that I’m finding the Intense pahse to be not all that Intense. Infact teh base mesocycle at the start seemed much harder.

I felt like crap today and it showed. I pretty much suck.

Okay now i am feeling the Smolov like people said I would.

I am done with the Smolov bench stuff for the next two weeks I’ll do some sort of pressing with some pulling after squats but I’ll have an extra day off as well.

No, you don’t suck. You are soundly beating the 99.9% of us that don’t have the balls for Smolov plus a goodly number of the rest who do.

Hopefully not, I feel pretty good today even after helping someone move.

You’re in the home stretch now Joe, its just a matter of putting in the time and reaping the rewards. I will say, I’d stick with the program and not do extra, as it can sneak up on you. That Russian was pretty good at figuring out a formula that will almost break you–but not quite.

Joe, the work is looking really solid. I’m still tempted to try it out. I can’t wait to see how much you add at the end. How many weeks left?
