Today was much better. Weight seemed lighter than on Sunday despirte being 25lbs heavier. I was able to stay tighter and had an all around better day.

The bench sets were a grind but all things considered I feel pretty good. The next couple of weeks are going to eb a challenge squat wise but I feel pretty good about it and I’m looking forward to week three and trying to rep 365 for sets.

Very unhappy that I did not hit 10x3x250. Going to ice my elbow and rest tomorrow and hopefully everything will be fine.

I left my chucks at my office and had to squat in my squishy basketball shoes, and this screwed with my form and depth so much that I did the singles at 315 just to make sure I could still squat correctly.

I am dumbass

Squishy b-ball shoes are spooky to squat in. I’d have to think about barefoot before those. Great work in here.
