Read your article on today, reviewed your training log, Charles. Very nice stuff - feels very close to my challenges/experience. I’m 49, turning 50 tomorrow. I do the Pavel simple strength workouts almost every day and noticed a similar benefit about the soreness. The work out has made me stronger and it doesn’t interfere with my 15 hour per week tennis addiction.

Your TRT thoughts were interesting. I’ve been holding off, enjoying the T-kick from heavy weights. It’s inevitable for me at some point, but I’m holding off due to cost… and just not wanting to sign on for life to trt yet. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to share your life. Best wishes on your continued health, sincerely, BL
