The Next Step

Ok so i realize there is no “secret” to getting the body that i want, i am getting close (6’0" 172 lbs, 10% BF). I am looking for single digits 8% or so. I just finished Carter S.'s Summer Prep Program, which worked great and i was wondering if someone could recommend another good program to help me achieve my goals. I like the pre determined programs as it helps me stay on track rather than wandering around aimlessly at the gym. Thanks for you help guys.

6’0" @ 172 lbs? The program you need to be on is called EATING, then after you put on some more mass we will be glad to help you with some fat loss systems to achieve single digits.

so my problem is i am too small? what is my ideal weight then? Should i concentrate on putting on muscle or what?

also if this is the case, is there a specific program i can try that you guys recommend? As for the EATING thing, i have 3000 kcal per day right now, so eating is not an issue, i just work hard!

Do you understand that the general consensus around here with members visiting this area are focused on building muscle?

From your stats I would say you are underweight. 3000 calories a day isn’t going to build muscle, not by a long shot.

If the body you want is a tall, lanky, emaciated person, then go for it my friend. But this is not the place to get advice for that particular goal.
