The New Damage Thread

Dude…that was all eaten within an hour? I’m known to have an inhuman capacity for large quantities of vastly different food in a short period of time…but, that’s some serious mix and match shit haha.
Yeah well I used to be obese, it’s good to know I can still eat like that. To be honest, I’m not going that kind of a binge again soon, I think I spent 36 hours recovering from it. Felt absolutely awful! (Luckily, it came with my two off-days so it didn’t impact my workout).

I forgot to mention that yesterday was portugese BBQ and I nailed a whole chicken meant for 4 people. LOL your post reminded me of that.
When I went to England, I ended up in Colchester. Ended up hitting up the Nando’s there like 14 times in 10 days because nowhere else was as good for the money.

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM portuguese chicken

 • All you can eat sushi buffet that included ridiculously large amounts of sushi, but also chinese food and hibachi. Green tea and red bean ice cream in abundance, as well as some almond cookies and strawberry shortcakes.

 • A snickers almond bar in the parking lot after.

 • A ham and cheese sandwich with deli mustard on an egg roll. Some chips.

 • 1 cup dry measure oats with chopped apple and a handful of blueberries.

 • 1 giant bowl of Cap’n crunch PB and Cap’n crunch regular mixed together with whole milk.

 • A nutragrain bar

 • A homemade biscotti

 • Mrs Fields cookie

 • Coma style sleep.

For the win!

-2 cups broccoli pan cooked w/ EVCO
-double bacon cheese burger w/ fries from coyote jacks
-1 large general tso’s chicken w/ a pint(?) of white rice
-6 brown cinnamon sugar poptarts (walmart brand is SO mcuh better than regular poptarts!)
-10 sugar cookies
-1 jumbo iced honey bun
-snickers PB style
-1 cup oats
-a couple bags of mini chips from a vending machine

give or take about 2 hours

How big were those cookies? Next time don’t do broccoli/oats, it takes up space that could be allocated to butter.

Without pictures these are all fucking lies.

I just had:

 1. a couple plates full of pussy with the juice and everything

 2. Some tits

 3. Some ass

 4. A pie of pizza

I’m full.

Here’s a pic

Dinner/carb-backloading style.

2 Red Baron Classic Crust 4 cheese pizza - 1480 calories a piece 50/200/50 or something around that, don’t have the box in front of me.

1 sleeve of reduced fat pillsbury cinnabon cinnamon rolls - around 1k calories

1 box of reduced fat family size velveta shells mac and cheese - 990 calories lots of carbs, not much else.

Water to wash it down

Damage:
around 4600 calories, around 900g carbs, 100g protein and the rest fat.

Tasty.

See, now, this is the sort of sh** I’m talking about. I haven’t gone buckwild on a pizza buffet in years, but I do wonder what my pizza intake at an all-you-can-eat is in relation to, say, 2 Red Baron pizzas.

I would kill an all you can eat pizza buffet. Pizza really doesnt make me full for some reaason.

I have found that only copious amount of dead animal pro. fills me up

x2

but like seriously fucking copious…

If pizza is served with a side of ranch… i dont believe i would ever have to stop eating.

Costco, Large Combination: 9.99
Stuffing my face with the whole thing while watching football: priceless
4600cals/ 222g fat/440g carbs/215g protein

Thats more fat then i get in two days. That is awesome.

I regret to inform my fellow comrads of the binge…but, I will not be engaging in damage days until Christmas. I know that will end up being a 3 day event of gluttony at least and therefore, it’s best I save all of my fatboy tendencies for that period of time.

A co-worker of mine plans to bake me an entire peanut butter cheesecake of which I must eat on christmas eve in one sitting. And then of course, the giant traditional seafood/pasta feast at my house that night…and the huge thanksgiving style feast the following day…and left overs the day after at least.

I do expect to gain actual fat and not just bloat lol.

Yesterday was a full on cheat day;

Pre work out shake, lifted and then worked a wrestling tournament where I ate 2 cabbage rolls, 4 Pieces of Veggie Pizza, Hot Sausage on a Big ass Kaiser rolls, 4 cookies (2 no bake, 2 Chocolate chip), Dinner - a whole slab of ribs Saint Louis style, large basket of sweet potato fry’s, cole slaw, and finished with two corn bread muffins…

Oh yeah, I do enjoy the cheat days and make the most of them.
