Today marks the day my abs died. For good. And, yes, I’m proud of that. Everyone try to get pics of the feasting madness…I’ll try with my shitty cell phone camera quality.
Have a good Thanksgiving brossssss

If that was one meal, then that’s epic.
it was between 10am and 6pm…
If I told you the amount of food I ate…it would not be believed, so therefore…I ate nothing.
I basically just treated Thursday-Sunday as recovery/bulkin’ cheat days. I really needed them anyway. Couldn’t lift on Thursday, but hit legs on Friday and Sunday, chest/back on Saturday. So all good things–likely went to the right place, hopefully, haha!
I should also say that Thanksgiving was sort of a revelation for me–it was my first day off from lifting in months, and I’m really thinking that I’m going to start taking a day off per week. Happens every major holiday, then after a few months I end up going back to lifting every day. Maybe it’ll stick this time :P.
Yesterday: total disaster…
A stella artois
A pound of rice and quinoa
A big-ass brownie from starbucks
4 hot dogs
2 large fries from McDonald’s - eaten with MAYO.
All eaten between 7 and 8pm.
First “bad” meal in 14 days.
Dude…that was all eaten within an hour? I’m known to have an inhuman capacity for large quantities of vastly different food in a short period of time…but, that’s some serious mix and match shit haha.
YEs that is very diverse group of food.
On top of all my regularly scheduled meals today, in light of recently starting a new job and with a phase of intermittent fasting starting on Monday, I decided to throwdown and indulge in some of the finer things in life.
#1) Almond Breeze (chocolate flavor) 946 mL
#2) Purely Decadent “Cookie Avalanche” Lactose Free Ice Cream
#3) 100% Natural & Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
For a grand total of: 148 grams of protein, 303 grams of carbs, 312 grams of fat, and a calorie total of 4580.
I took this combination down over an hour and 15 minutes casually while watching The Office, Parks & Recreation, and Beavis and Butt Head.
I’m liking this thread a lot…
Saturday is always my “off day” for diet. A couple of weeks ago I did 12 pancakes with syrup and peanut butter (lots of peanut butter), handful of bacon, and some eggs.
I haven’t really pushed my stomach in a long time, simply because I’m afraid where it might end (or not).
For me, Saturday breakfast is normally large, lunch is almost non-existant (not cause I’m not able to eat, but just because I’m busy and not really worrying about food), and then dinner is large again. Gives me the mental break I need.

I love the fact that you ate the whole jar of PB. Do you know what your total cals and what not for the day was with that “little” treat

Approx 7500 - 8000 cals…A usual day is 3000 to 3500 generally. It was spaced out far more than usual though as I’ve been on the go since 6am, and spent most of the day in training/running around the city getting errands such done.
That is a great amount of calories. Doubled your norm with one “meal” great job.
Lunch today:
-3 roast beef sandwhichs 2 donuts and 3 cookies
Dinner…:
2 california rolls
2 philly rolls
2 tuna rolls
2 spicy tuna rolls
brownie
I would try to type better but my fingers can’t reach the keyboard.
