It’s one of those things where I can’t take all the credit for the devastation that is going to ensue. Grandma 3Commandments will share at least 50% of the responsibility, and my family members will share about 15%, as their disgust motivates me to push it to the limit (no one else in the family lifts and thus they know nothing about epic eating).
Just to be clear on the other 35%, it’s a lot like lifting: the split is about 65/35 between intensity and consistency. Grandma3 is going to mail stuff, I’m going to have an epic leg session, then PWO will commence.

facko wheres the list of goodies. Honestly i have been eating for about 3hrs to end the last 5 days and i havent gained a lb. Guess i have been eating less than my body has needed even though i have been at 4000cals. Been hitting 7000 cals these days. Bowls of oatmeal are now only made with 1/2lb of dry otameal. I have been eating 1/4 of a jar of nut butter. Lots of steak. And the fabled Cheezeburger
All that needs to be known about my Sunday was it included about 10 chicken cutlets, copious mashed potatoes made with heavy whipping cream and butter, fried peas with onions. And then just about everything I ate subsequently was devoid of nutritional value, lol. Although, I didn’t go fuckcrazy like I normally do…I still got in some of my favorite junk items and kids cereal.
Today is my first full day off from training in months, and I wasn’t able to travel back home for Thanksgiving. Haven’t been sleeping as much as I’d like lately, and I’ve been eating a relatively small breakfast and a huge dinner.
Today, woke up, jogged for 25 mins, walked a bit, downed 3k calories at least with two R-ALA caps. Now, I’m probably about to go back to sleep. Recovery day.
And actually, this is getting me thinking that I’m going to start taking one day a week off.
Observation: It’s amazing how different 3k cals of protein and fat hits the body vis-a-vis stuff like cookies. I remember eating like 3k cals worth of cookies in college and almost immediately feeling like I had been hit by a mack truck. Today, my 3-4k cals were pretty much peanut butter+ protein powder and canned fish+protein powder (ha, nearly out of food). Felt fine for about 30 mins, but now I feel pretty full.
