It’s one of those things where I can’t take all the credit for the devastation that is going to ensue. Grandma 3Commandments will share at least 50% of the responsibility, and my family members will share about 15%, as their disgust motivates me to push it to the limit (no one else in the family lifts and thus they know nothing about epic eating).

Just to be clear on the other 35%, it’s a lot like lifting: the split is about 65/35 between intensity and consistency. Grandma3 is going to mail stuff, I’m going to have an epic leg session, then PWO will commence.

lolol. Nice…I’m off to the gym right now…coming home to one of my favorite home cooked meals…chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, and sauteed peas w/onions and ham.

5 sushi rolls, some of the bigger ones i’ve had… couldnt manage to stuff anymore down my throat
then a pan of oatmeal cookies w/ milk

guessing ~6000kcal ~180g fat, 600g carbs, ~200g protein

I would rather have those cookies in dough form but sounds tastey. Especially if there is some PB in those oatmeal cookies

facko wheres the list of goodies. Honestly i have been eating for about 3hrs to end the last 5 days and i havent gained a lb. Guess i have been eating less than my body has needed even though i have been at 4000cals. Been hitting 7000 cals these days. Bowls of oatmeal are now only made with 1/2lb of dry otameal. I have been eating 1/4 of a jar of nut butter. Lots of steak. And the fabled Cheezeburger

I probably go through a jar of peanut butter every two to three days no prob. Less carbs, though.

I get about 500-700g of carbs depending on the day. 350-450g pro and fat where ever it lands 70-120 on a high calorie day

All that needs to be known about my Sunday was it included about 10 chicken cutlets, copious mashed potatoes made with heavy whipping cream and butter, fried peas with onions. And then just about everything I ate subsequently was devoid of nutritional value, lol. Although, I didn’t go fuckcrazy like I normally do…I still got in some of my favorite junk items and kids cereal.

28oz cottage cheese
2 sweet potatoes
1 lb boiled cabbage
5 scoops of cake batter flavored whey
.5 lb leftover chicken breast
1 serving almonds

all in one large bowl/container mixed together

NOM. Admittedly, took a while to eat.

people better be taking pics of their foods at thanksgiving…

Just ate a whole pizza. Ham, mushroom, anchovies.
And a block of dark chocolate.

That is quite the bowl i always thought my 500g of rice and 1lb of chicken, 1/2 of cheese + pasta sauce or salsa bowls were big

Yeah, it was just a big tupperware container.

1.5 hours later, I hit the gym for a good leg day and squatted my balls off. All good things.

I hope this thread explodes with craziness tomorrow. Also some pics would be nice.

Maybe a whole pie will be eaten or two

Today is my first full day off from training in months, and I wasn’t able to travel back home for Thanksgiving. Haven’t been sleeping as much as I’d like lately, and I’ve been eating a relatively small breakfast and a huge dinner.

Today, woke up, jogged for 25 mins, walked a bit, downed 3k calories at least with two R-ALA caps. Now, I’m probably about to go back to sleep. Recovery day.

And actually, this is getting me thinking that I’m going to start taking one day a week off.

Observation: It’s amazing how different 3k cals of protein and fat hits the body vis-a-vis stuff like cookies. I remember eating like 3k cals worth of cookies in college and almost immediately feeling like I had been hit by a mack truck. Today, my 3-4k cals were pretty much peanut butter+ protein powder and canned fish+protein powder (ha, nearly out of food). Felt fine for about 30 mins, but now I feel pretty full.
