Vegas is where you want to be for buffets. I was there for 5 days and ate a buffets for 3 meals a day. It was amazing. Every meal was bare minimum of 6 plates.

One of the really unfortunate things about moving from the South to the Northeast is the utter lack of buffet culture in the NE. For me, a real “damage” day would need to include Chinese buffet a la the Dave Tate story about the huge guy at his gym; unfortunately, there isn’t a single decent buffet within walking/jogging distance of my on-campus apartment.
Where do you live man?
Don’t want to be too specific, but it’s an Ivy League town. Seems that 90% of restaurants are either a) pizza joints or b) (more often) bagel cafes. Obesity rates and sickness rates aside, I swear that people here have the sh**tiest diets I’ve ever seen. It’s just that instead of having a large overweight population, we have a huge “wraith-like” population of people who have lived off bagels and vegan diets for years. Our gym is basically a minimum of 60% of people who, if they had 1 hour to work out, I would tell them to take 40 minutes to lift heavy and 20 minutes to just eat some damn food (and for the love of God some meat!).
2300kcal of reeses lol
That had to be amazing. You either puked during training or had an amazing workout or both
I just ate 2 “big breakfasts” at my local cafe.
That consists of; 2 poached eggs, home-made baked beans, 2 sausages, 2 hash browns, mushrooms, bacon and a tomato. (x2)

My brother’s birthday was saturday it was catered… treated it like a carb up.
-Shit ton of antipasta
-Shit ton of salad w/ mushrooms and raspberry vinaigrette
-2 plate fulls of chicken
-2 pieces cake, 4 cookies, and a small cupcake
Could’ve been worse, plus I kept the entire day pretty low in cals besides that so no big deal. Plus my loss hasn’t been affected at all by cheating like this, I came in today 143.6, a lb lower than the day I ate that.
I’m not asking this to be offensive or to troll, but are you female? If so, kudos on the bulking day, haha!
I can’t tell the gender because of the name “Pat” and the weight “143.”
No haha I’m a guy my real name isn’t even Pat, I’m a highschool wrestler so I have to stay on weight whatever coach says goes pretty much.

2 Reeses cups equate to 2300 calories? Something here doesn’t add up.

…uhm? Did you look at the size of them? They are 8 ounces each…it doesn’t take much to notice the size of the cups in comparison to the objects on the table. That’s 1 pound of reeses peanut butter cup…in 8 minutes. Hersheyland | Explore Hershey Products, Recipes, Crafts & More
So…what doesn’t add up?

Haha…I’m looking at the normal assortment of kids cereal. My mom promised to make chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, and peas sauteed with onions/ham. And I’m looking at a trip to Sonic at some point…
It all depends on how hungry I feel…I’ll eat as much as I feel I need to be really full and satisfied. I think my body gives me decent indication as to how much food I need if I let it…

They don’t look that big in the picture, probably due to the angle the picture was taken. I’ve also never seen 1lb reese cups before.
I love reeses but man that is just a bit much. i dont like chocolate that much so i normally end up not even eating the edges of them. Probably would be a waste for me
OP sounds like a binge eater

Nahhhhh, bra. He’s just a dude livin’ his life and havin’ some fun.
ronaldo7 wrote:

Nah man…I guess I’m a binge eater if you factor in that I eat a lot all week…I just have one day a week in which I allow myself whatever I want, no rules basically.
If that’s a problem…oh well…I won’t change it until I feel it’s really affecting my life negatively.
I just hope that we keep this thread going until Xmas time, when I’m going to blow away this mother f***er with some epic meals.
