Nadia can you describe what you are thinking/feeling when you do your pull ups? I am a learner by if I can ‘see’ how something feels (does that make sense!!! HAH) so for example…someone said for bent over rows to pretend there is an orange in-between my shoulder blades and I want to crush it…for OHS pretend I am ripping the bar apart…
