The Mighty Stu in a Magazine

Congratulations – nice website as well.
Thanks! It’s still in the process of being constructed but since I seem to have become quite popular the past couple of years as a contest prep/online coach, I figured I should have an actual site. Any suggestions are certainly welcome

It’s pretty cool you have your own site and a testimonial for your personal training as well. How did your figure competitor end up doing? It looks like she leaned out quite a bit under your guidance!

Saw this very nice two part interview with Stu recently on muscle and strength.

Edit: links were removed. Follow the breadcrumbs…
Good article, strange the link is removed he just talks training and competing while pushing Biotest supps.
Well, M & S is viewed as a competitor site, so technically the links were a rule-breaker.

The mods didn’t delete the post outright, so I think they took into account that it was about Stu. I’ll consider that a fair compromise…

Here’s an idea, for mods/TC/God (If you’re listening, hi. And sorry.)

Why not do an article interviewing Stu, or questioning his training methods, etc.

Not to mention, Brandon Curry aka Gifted. These guys have achieved success and it’d be good to see them get rewarded (recognition, some £ for articles)

She actually did very well! There were two shows she did this past Spring, about a month apart, each time I believe she entered the open as well as the novice divisions, so I don’t recall the exact placings, but she was ecstatic, and of course I was proud as hell of her. Her initial concern was not having enough muscle to do a cut, but often times, if you cut correctly (not losing excessive LBM), you end up looking like you started with much more than you may have.

Gonna get a few more up the next couple of weeks, just waiting to hear back from a few people.
