Walking around Rutgers I’ve come to 2 conclusions.

There are way to many fat assyoung people.

Certain types of clothes shouldn’t be sold to certain people.
I used to be really fat too and I knew I was fat but never how bad I actually was.

I agree it’s sick and sad, but I hate those kinds of statistics. I fall in the obese category according to my BMI. X, you are probably morbidly obese.
I know weightlifters aren’t the norm, but it just shows the logic flaws in the statistics.
Very true. I think my BMI is in the 40’s. However, I get the feeling that most high school kids today aren’t even working out at all and rarely even play sports…or go outside.[/quote]
Or have access to Dominican avocados. Shame on you for mocking those less fortunate.
May Whataburger shut down for two weeks.
You know what really gets me, though?
There are girls (guys, too, but we’re talking chicks) that HAVE the extra body fat, but NO rolls…perfectly tight, smooth skin. It is very rare but I know you guys know what I’m talking about.
It’s like God is giving them a break by NOT making their physique look as morbid, so they think never think they’re as bad as others.
I work in a fitness facility and it is embarassing to me when someone doesn’t fit into a piece of equipment because they are too fat, I never know quite what to say…
Just say “LLLLet me help ya out there, my luscious FUPA girl.”

How about the free weight alternative…you can tell them they’ll get faster results.

yeah, trouble is they’re scared of “all that over there” and “I don’t want to get bulky” I have to restrain myself from explaining they are bulky whether they like it or not…
but the fact they are actually present in the facility is a positive thing, and I encourage them to keep exercising, but the majority of them work out 2 or 3 times and don’t have six-pack abs so they quit.

Uh-oh, don’t blink.
I’ve noticed a lot in teenage girls somewhat slim figures except for this damn muffin top. I don’t remember anyone having one of those when I was in high school, even though some girls were fatter and some were fat, they always had womanly proportions.
Our diets are screwed. And I don’t think many girls get any exercise anymore.
I don’t see many women in their thirties and up with the muffin top, even if they’re overweight.
Because the muffin(unlike the FUPA) is something that happens when you have extra weight and put on clothes you’re not supposed to be wearing. They’re average chicks with extra weight, and they voluntarily create the muffin-top by wearing tight jeans and not covering it up. Like they’re proud of it. That is the most disturbing thing to me.

That’s what I was talking about. Some of these bitches still look good nekkid.
And that’s all that matters.
(I was, uh, talking about inner beauty. Yeah, like, personality, and, uh, stuff. Right!)
alot of Girls that I go to school with are very skinny actually… I remember one girl proclaiming she was a fat ass because he weight went from 98-100 in two weeks…hmm water weight?
there are very few chubby girls and only one or two really fat girls
I’ve been saying this for years. Our society has become so complacent that obesity is now accepted as normal. I’m hopeful that the rapidly converging laws of economics will have something to say about this trend.

They don’t have to be majorly fat. Women carry much more fat then men, even the leanest girls. But regardless of shape or weight, if you put on tight low-rise jeans that’ll squeeze the waistline and wear a crop-top, any extra fat will come out to be vividly seen.
And goddamnit, am I sick of seeing dudes wearing those low-rise, short zippered jeans and make a serious attempt at showing off their hip bones.
I swear those little African children you see on PBS telethons would send their quarter-a-days back to sponsor a fucking philly cheesesteak for these fools.

Sometimes, but there are still those that are thin overall except a thick, rolling belly right in the middle where there ought to be waists. It doesn’t matter what kind of pants they wear–though the 3 sizes too small pants don’t help–they still have a big roll in the middle with skinny arms and legs.
I can’t blame anyone for the bad nutrition though. There is nothing but misinformation out there. People scoff at what I eat all the time because it goes against the nonsense coming from the gov’t sponsored food guide.

Remind them to look at the physical condition of the people who make up these guidelines.
