I did a lot of manual labor during the long weekend, with a bit of BW work, but nothing worth writing, really. Lots of walking with the 2 awesome Dalmations. But, yesterday looked like this:

This morning was pretty good. Got a decent night’s sleep under my belt, so I got to act up a bit. Should have saved it for this evening, with the day I’ve had.
It was a pretty awesome weekend, as I coached 9 of my fighters to mixed results on Saturday, then got to see the future Missus yesterday. It’s funny…in 5 days, I’ll be saying “I Do.” Starting to feel the butterflies in the gut.

Busy week…prep for wedding, cook Thanksgiving dinner, get married.
Slept pretty hard last night, although I did wake up for a chocolate fix. That’s a clear indication that I took my sleeping pill, as that only happens then. Woke a lil late, but still put in work.
New Year, new family, new baby on the way, new priorities. For a while there, things were pretty jacked up schedule-wise. Was always too busy to train, so I got by with just a lil bit. Now that I’ve seen my baby in my love’s belly, it’s time to do away with the excuses and do work.

Today for lunch, I managed to finish my chest training, threw in some tri’s, then had a bit of fun with physical therapy. All in all, not a bad session.
While there have been plenty of breaks while maintaining this log, I do prefer to keep it so that I remain accountable. I also hate distractions…like piss tests.
