I hear ya about wanting to sprint again. Along with jump roping. I want to JUMP! lol
I never even had a chance.

I think I’m gonna file a claim for disability. Why not? I was on medical hold for my foot while I was in and they didn’t do a damn thing accept send me TAD. The foot problems are caused by poor ankles which also messed up my knees. yay my life.

Glad to hear you have an appt.[/quote]

You need to go ahead and file that claim! Should have been done as soon as you separated. That’s precisely what I’m going to do when I walk out the door. I’ll have a laundry list of things to claim.

As for today’s work:

20 September 2011
Lunch

Fat-Gripz Barbell Rows
175 x 10 x 1
135 x 90

Dumbbell Row
100 x 10 x 3

Face Pulls
145 x 12 x 3

Morning work. No music. Douches in the squat rack doing curls with just the bar. Surrounded by idiots attempting cleans that resembled them boning their overweight wives… I was in a foul mood. No sleep puts me there.

21 September 2011
AM

Military Press
135 x 25
115 x 75

Farmer Walk
205 x 50m x 3
205 x 150m x 1

Neck Work

This morning started off really good, then turned into a pain. I am currently waiting for a certain coworker to open his mouth and say something to me, just so I can tell him just how fucktarded he is. I’m anxious for this to take place. Here’s what was interrupted this morning.

22 September 2011
AM

Squats
135 x 10-18 (126 reps)

Stiff-Leg DLs
135 x 10 x 2 (this is when I was interrupted due to severe breakdown in communication)

126 reps in insane - but then again, I don’t expect anything less form you

How many sets did it take you to bench 185x100? Also, how did you change your name?

I did it in 10 sets. Pretty much GVT. Figured I would give my joints a break from the heavy stuff.

The name change was requested thru the Mods.

Mainy-I would much prefer to remain insane.

As for this morning’s fun:

26 September 2011
AM

Bench Press
135 x 10 x 1
205 x 10 x 10

Flyes
115 x 8 x 3

Had to cut my work short as we had a “whiz-quiz” this morning. Drug testing for those that don’t know.

And because of some residue hostility from a telephone coversation last week:

Lunchtime
Behind-the-Neck Press
95 x 10 x 1
115 x 10 x 9

So…the hostility carried over into the evening, as the same douchebag wrote me up and is recommending I be punished for bullshit. I spent the evening going back and forth with him, so I’m currently still engaged with this conflict. I hate cowards. I really do. For this morning’s work:

27 September 2011
AM

Pendlay Rows
135 x 10 x 10

Lunchtime work…

DB Rows
110 x 8 x 3

Face Pulls
50 x 12 x 3, supersetted with 5 pullups

you should go here and relieve some tension. ditch the kids in the pool and head for the sauna.
every hour is the -aufguss- you have to do it, then jump in the cold water pool. all you need is a towel and flipflops. viel spass!

I’m familiar with this spot, actually. Right up the road from me. Might just do that one weekend.

It’s quite an experience to squat while hungover. A lot of bier at Oktoberfest, along with shots of Jaeger and Schnapps with the waitresses (I’m a flirt…sue me.), made for a trippy leg day.

29 September 2011
AM

Squats
135 x 10 x 1
225 x 75

I’m thinking of doing arms for lunch. To be determined…

For this morning, I sorta went back to the beginning, however, with the addition of a buddy, focused more on pulling. Pretty good time, though. Many a jokes shared.

30 September 2011
AM

Incline Bench/Hammer-Strength Row
165/165 x 10 x 10

Hammer-Strength Lat Pulldowns
2-45# plates x 10 x 8
3-45# plates x 7 x 3

Plate Digs (in a bent-over row position, grasp plate, then lift and pull towards you in a circular motion)
25 x 25 x 5

Back Hypers
BW x 10 x 5

Pullups
BW x 5 x 3
BW x 4 x 3
BW x 3 x 3
you get the idea…

In other news, found out I have “Runner’s Knee”, so I get to rehab for 45 days. The funny part of this info is the fact that I also discovered that I LOST 30 pounds! I was pretty shocked.

November 19th will be a day that shall live in all kinds of glorious records.

So…I was looking at taking last night off from everything, however, half of a 13x9 chocolate cake changed that. And changed it fast!

3 October 2011
PM

Bench Press
135 x 10 x 1
225 x 10 x 10

Dips
BW x 50

I was pretty well spent after this, so I called it a night. This morning, I woke up in pretty awesome spirits, and my energy levels were pretty high, so after a quick chat session with my sister, I left to put in work.

4 October 2011
AM

Deadlifts
135 x 5 x 1
225 x 5 x 1
315 x 5 x 3

Barbell Rows (UH Grip)
155 x 10 x 8 (was short on time)

WG Pullups
BW x 5 x 3

After formation and a speech from my former boss, it was back to the gym with a buddy.

Dbell Rows
90 x 10 x 2
90 x 11 x 4

Hammer-Strength High Pulls (?)
80 x 10 x 1
90 x 10 x 3
100 x 10 x 3
110 x 8 x 1

Seated Cable Rows
145 x 10 x 4

Pullups
BW x 5 x 4

With a bit of energy built up this morning, I decided a lunchtime session was in order.

4 October 2011
Lunch

B-T-N Press
115 x 10 x 2
135 x 10 x 5

Ended up advising a couple of LTs on fat-loss principles and such.

Posting this in here, too, as this was too moving to ignore.

This morning:

Military Press
115 x 10 x 1
135 x 10 x 10

Alt. Dbell Shoulder Press
60 x 10 x 1
55 x 10 x 2

Lateral Raise
20 x 10 x 3

Shrugs
135 x 10 x 3

I’d bet your mind muscle connection has gotten absolutely insane with all the higher rep work you’ve been up to. Good luck with the runner’s knee (whichever version they told you that you have, I’ve had 3 separate injuries with that diagnosis). And is the 30lbs lost a true surprise, or were you expecting to have lost some weight?

It’s interesting you mention the MM connection stuff, as I got silly today and benched again. The numbers below came as a shock to me. As for the knee, it’s pretty frustrating. Glad I am able to actually hit things when I need to. The weight loss was a HUGE surprise. I thought I was still in the 260s. I wasn’t working on losing the weight…it is truly lost in the realest sense of the word! lol.

6 October 2011
AM

Squats
205 x 10 x 10

Bench Press (don’t know why…oh wait, nothing else to do…)
135 x 10 x 2 (close-grip)
205 x 10 x 1 (close-grip)
225 x 8 x 1 (close-grip)
315 x 5 x 2-
