Exhausted, lungs burning, legs shaking, I reached a point in which I got a case of the giggles. Nothing loud or noticeable to anyone else, but definitely a sign that I’m having a good time breaking myself off. I would say sleep will be good tonight, but shit…I only got 5.5 hours last night. Multiple sets of varying reps until I hit 100. This is the type of work that I respond best to. Especially when I’m not worried about what my 1RM is. It’s pretty freeing, when you think about it. [/quote]
I discovered that myself several months ago when I began high rep squatting. Multiple sets of 20 will make a man out of you more quickly than multiple 1rep max sets. That’s my opinion anyway for what it’s worth. I look forward to checking in on your log.
