The Kali Muscle Story

I don’t want to agree with that statement, because to be honest, if X swallowed a bit of his ego, and took the time to offer actual information based on his own experiences, and not being overly vague or constantly generalizing about “all really big guys” he could actually bring positives to the table.

S
Exactly.
That’s why I asked him to explain a little bit and use his personal experience to expound on his bullet points but he declined.
There could be something to learn from this thread of perso al experiences were shared as examples.

I tried asking him nicely in another thread about which version of the same lifter (he was a BBer and switched to Physiqie) he thought looked better and he responded with something about not making it a habit of checking out other guys and figuring out which one was prettier.
lol

I just asked in order to get some discussion going about his symmetry, look and all that but got that dickish response to a simple easy question.
There is no working with X.
Unless you completely agree with everything he says, look to him as the expert or are significantly bigger AND more developed then its impossible to have a discussion with him.
It’s just all arguing.

Even that is hopeful, Waylander and Bonez were bigger and more developed and yet still the same shit.

Bonez wasn’t “bigger.”
Stu isn’t “bigger.”
Thats why they didn’t get that treatment.
As far as I can remember PX stayed out of it with Waylander because he was way bigger and more developed.
I don’t recall X arguing with him a bunch but it might have happened.

And a small note especially to Smashingweights, rattlehead and that Proofrock kid. You guys have to add the least positive contributions to this website. Nearly every post is simply you complaining about me.

Give it a rest.

While you all keep this up for several more pages, I will be hitting the gym even harder.

That is why my avatar pics actually show progress…and most of you have had the same one for almost a year or more.

My pics from a year ago wouldn’t show what I accomplished. Sad that yours seem to enough to keep using the same pics.

Focus on what matters…YOUR OWN PROGRESS AND ADDING TO A COMMUNITY.

No offense, but this much focus on one guy just makes you all look threatened and weak. real talk.

Please, for the sake of the entire site, grow the fuck up.

lol, that is all.

^^maybe you should re read my post about the two times in this past week (before the joke making started) that I offered you an “olive branch” in order to just get some actual information out and start a discussion .

Both times YOU responded like a total dick head and started all this.
I tried to give you a chance again, just like I did when I first started posting here (check my original post history if your like) but YOU instantly took it away from an actual discussion to all this.

Ill go ahead and find those posts and re quote them here so that you and everyone else can see who started all this nonsense and degraded these threads.

Here’s one of them

Wow
That’s a pretty crazy “before and after” photo
In your opinion, which photo does he look best in? Just curious.
Those quads are pretty insane.
I don’t have a habit of looking at guys to see which one is the prettiest. I am more impressed by extreme muscularity in general. I couldn’t care less about fitness modeling.
Lol
You really are something else
Question, why ask what I think and then criticize my response?

If I say anything at all negative about his physique you will only criticize that as well.

Even when he was bigger he always looked a little awkward…which is where his nickname came from. He still has those same physical issues now. I don’t see that as being “prettier” now.
That’s how you respond to a simple question.
This is how steel nation responded, you know, like a normal person would.

The post in question:
Professor X wrote:
One thing I have learned is that my own body needs more than a 2-4 hour window in some cases just to truly burn through the food eaten…and this also depends on WHAT was eaten.

These variables are something I did not completely understand as a newb or even intermediate, but this “optimal” frequency is a variable itself s understanding the variables is mnost important.

Variables:
-Food content (fats digest slower)

-food amount

-age

-activity

-size of the individual

-goals

-metabolic rate
What followed
Smashingweights wrote:

Could you please explain this above post?
You can use yourself as an example because obviously you know the most about that.
Can you give an example and use yourself to explain this post?
I think that would be more informative than vague bullet point “facts.”
Thanks.
How are they vague?

Those are variables that can affect meal frequency. There are others but I would consider those highest priority. If you have a real question, please be more specific because there was nothing vague there at all.
I simply asked for some elaboration or anecdotal “evidence” regarding variables rather than just leaving vague bullet points but got this response.

How are you supposed to respond to someone who takes simple questions and prompts to add information to a thread and turns it around like that?
The options are A. Ignore him B. Joke around about it
I choose B with X and regular discussion with virtually everyone else.

I don’t want to agree with that statement, because to be honest, if X swallowed a bit of his ego, and took the time to offer actual information based on his own experiences, and not being overly vague or constantly generalizing about “all really big guys” (because he comes across in an incredibly condescending manner, especially with his words chosen specifically to further establish himself as the ultimate source: ie. “This is incorrect”, “Fact”…), he could actually bring positives to the table.

Think about it, he’s been following the sport side of bodybuilding for decades and has been committed to his training in the gym for a very long time as well. IMO he just needs to keep his expert commentary more to “this is what I did”, or “so and so told me that this is what he did”, and let his results provide support for his approach instead of trying to argue people into agreement and trying to be the ultimate authority on the site about everything and everyone.

This could have been a great thread from the onset instead of arguing over the definition of ‘regularly’ for several pages.
(Is that even this thread? I can’t tell anymore, I think I’m in the wrong one -lol)

S
No offense, but you write my name and discuss me on a personal level way too much for comfort.

You do not know me. I have never even met you.

Funny how the people who have met me are not saying the same things you are. Go ask Pushharder if he agrees with everything you are constantly writing ad nauseum.

I had a great night last night. I didn’t spend my time thinking about you, Stu. I don’t care who you think you are or how moral and wonderful you think your “ego” is.

I am here to discuss bodybuilding. You are here to discuss me.

Big difference.
Your ego is just unreal, you are honestly starting to believe that the 1/10 people who tolerate you are the majority.

Wow.

Sweet jeebus man, you are not the police here…you are lucky to still have a log in.

My olive branch is still extended. Why? Because at the end of the day, it’s a hobby and a lifestyle. Yeah, the way some speak of the lifestyle or hobby or what goes into it ranges from somewhat annoying to highly irritating and insulting. But STILL. it’s a goddamn hobby and I can’t see myself holding a grudge over internet posts. I’m not sure if I could break bread with some people on this board and I know in the past I acted immaturely too, but til I see they’re just so damn malicious, I can’t see myself holding a real grudge. We’re grown men either in school or in a profession, some with kids. So there’s a heck of a lot of important stuff out there than to make this out to be more than some fun, education, and entertainment on here.

With height adjusted for, I believe Stu has significantly more LBM than X, perhaps significantly more.

So much winning in here

Great post, haha!

Good to see someone thinks of Jews along racial lines rather than just a religious group. I’m Jewish myself and I’ve noticed so many are confused as to why when someone asks for nationality I and many others respond, “Jewish,” rather than German, Polish, Spanish, Russian, French (white people). We’re Asian-White mutts.

I remember the first photo of Zimmerman I saw and asked myself, “This is a white guy?!”

Already Googled. Many of our beloved bodybuilders do and have done G4P.
