I don’t need to look into it to prove it false. Anyone who looks at a claim like that and concludes “hmmmm… this could be true” has an issue with processing information and forming conclusions about the world.
For reference I have looked into the remark because i’ve had to convince a NUMBER of people that it isn’t true. Like 3 people (put of thousands that i’ve met or spoken to). Some people appear “hard wired” to form dim conclusions, others are radicalised through systematic indoctrination. A common example of this would be far left agendas pushed through colleges.
In the past I was polite and engaged with conspiracy theorists respectfully with the expectation I’d recieve equal treatment in return

There are exceptions to this rule. There are those who occasionally wish to actually debate in good faith but these are few and far in between.
In my experience the people who say jews commited 9/11 (and are serious) typically have serious issues with processing information about the world and forming rational conclusions. You’ll typically find it isn’t just one conspiracy they believe in… but everything from anti vaxx to climate change is a hoax perpetuated by jews to feminism was created by jews to destroy society to the holocaust wasn’t really that bad etc.
And usually jews, indigenous minorities and women are the group that is subject to scapegoating by the alt right. By the alt left it can be jews, christians, white men in general etc
Actually i’ve only ever met one conspiracy theorist/radicalised individual who kept it confined to one plane of thought. Usually it’s an entire world view that is based around “everyone else is ignorant/delusional but I have the answers that no one else can see”.

In Australia much of our islamic community have convinced themselves verdicts western countries have made on groups like Hamas, Hezbolalah, Assad regieme and the Houthis are part of an overarching evil plot by western conspirators (and the jews are often involved)

The west is starting to realise this is a huge proboem. As a result we are seeing a rise in right wing to far right leaders which many lament (including myself)… but at least they aren’t yearning to let in swathes of immigrants who want the materialistic possessions of the west without the moral viewpoints of the west.
I can’t help but think many of these college students, religious communities and lone radicalised individuals (soveign citizens etc) should go take a hiatus in Russia, China, Yemen etc.
If you hate the west so much… find a place that better suits your values and leave. I have a muslim acquaintance who is seemingly ‘torn between two worlds’. “I wish I could just live in Lebanon, but my family would kidnap me and marry me off”.
