I wasn’t! There’s not much I can add to what’s been said already about it. I really enjoyed it. Now I can’t wait for the DVD.

After the movie, some dipshit in a Hulk t-shirt got in a fight with a Hulk statue in the lobby. Hulk won. Don’t ask me who the guy was. I…um…have no idea.

Dude is that you?!! Why are you surrounded by velvet ropes?

And why so green?

I added the spoiler thing. I just thought what I had put down wasn’t anything new by now, since I only read the first page.

Potential Spoiler…

Hulk does “swell” when he is enraged. You see this at various times. Memorable for me was when he bursted out of the hallway just after the tear gas was shot and he saw Betty get tackled. Landed, roared and swelled. First encounter with Abomination after he hits the street and Abomination says “Hulk!”

Second encounter with Abomination and just before Hulk Says “Hulk Smash!”

He doesn’t grow per se however he does swell up before getting into action. I thought it was well done.

The growing is from the ang lee film in no way in Marvel’s origin of the Hulk nor in any book does he grow when he gets angry. Various artists draw him differntly Kirby drew him square shape(similar to Thing who he drew short because Ben Grim is Jack Kirby). So some draw him 7feet some draw him 12feet it just depends on whose doing it, luckily Liefeld has never drawn him or else Hulk would have really tiny feet a huge shoulder girldle no legs and a bandola for ammo and a huge ass gun

Thank you for the edit.

And he would pout all the time. Face would be so tight its as if he had botox.

I thought his “savage” appearance changed on the level of stimulus which brought about the transformation, and/or the damage he was taking or effort he was making?

Actually, if Liefeld did Hulk, he would end up looking like a green Cable.

“The madder Hulk gets the stronger Hulk gets”
“Hulk is strongest one there is”

They do. It’s called Warner Brothers. Or more correctly you could say Warner Bros. has their own comic book publisher.

Something I really enjoyed was the beginning where they used all that time to give a bunch of background on the Hulk without doing the whole flashback thing. The Stark Industries logo on the sound trucks and the interweaving of S.H.I.E.L.D. throughout the movie along with a flashing of Nick Fury’s name.
[/quote]

I really dug that too. The last Hulk movie was an origin story, we don’t need another. Plus the movie intro was a throw back to the old TV series. In those few minutes Bill Bixby and Norton could have been interchanged.

Also the nod to how he used to look as far as more neaderthalic in the shadows and then he became the more familar Hulk

That avatar is great!

I want to see both movies again. I’m not sure which I liked better though. I liked them both equally. When these come out on DVD, I’m just going to watch them over and over.

The dvd’s will be awesome with all the extra footage it will be a nerds dream
