2nd try
Swollen calves! Awesome.
Kent, you’ve said a number of times how you want to get really big and strong, and I just hate seeing you go through life not getting what you want. You really should have it.

This video rocks-love it sums it all up
Too funny, can probably skip to 3:00 minute if no attention span, but I hung threw it all.
Love her - “are you freaking kidding me”.
Hopefully the sex part is not true, but it could explain the not going to support you,LOL
Deadlift scars on legs fetch 120 HMP (hardcore man points), but unfortunately I have to deduct 103 points because the legs are shaved.
This leaves you a total of +17 HMP (roughly equivalent to a powerclean on a Bosu ball).
j/k
Congrats on being your heaviest. That’s great.
Do any of the following gain me man card points?
- Pushing my former workout partner (who can deadlift my car) through such a withering squat workout he quit?
- Shredding the front of my gym shorts while dragging the bar up on deadlifts?
- Lifting 12 days in a row?
- Getting up at 4am to drink a 500 cal supershake?
- Shaving my nether regions?

Gulp. You win.
Out of curiosity, just how much are you eating? Are you done with the colon cleanse?

May I suggest a heart design or a smiley face.
Kent - the training crazy diet give you lots of man points
the assisted oiling dropset
and shaving what I hope is your legs
keeps you in the bosu cleaning catagory
198- that is a big number
nice work.
keep on with that great work.
RANDOM THOUGHTS
- I got to bed late last night because I had to clean up an overflowed toilet full of number 2. I literally cleaned the s##t out of the bathroom. I was high on Lysol fumes, but the room is sparkly clean. I, however, am probably a festering colony of E Coil.
- My diet is starting to slip. It’s time to get out of mom’s place (other wise known as the Chocolate Factory) and get home.
- I’m at 200 lb. Yay me.
- I had to buy a pair of larger jeans to accommodate my ever expanding ass. Sigh.
- I got to work out ALL WEEK with my old workout partner. It was pretty cool. It definitely makes the workouts take longer, though. It’s funny, he’s 6’-4" and 240 LEAN pounds, so the guy is no slouch. And yet he was wimpering his way throught he squat workout.
- Y’all are awesome. Personal thanks will come later.

Luckily I wasn’t hung over when I read this one…
It’s definitely nice to train with someone at least once in a while as it helps to push. Although it sounds like you’ve been doing the pushing. Fantastic work!

Shaving your nether regions can be considered an automatic man card default in some parts!
Seriously keep up the good work, when do you start your pre contest diet?
Out of curiosity, any surge in strength levels?
Happy New Year everyone. My wife and I spent New Year’s eve with her boyfriend, Tom Cruise, and saw the Ghost Protocol. Not a bad flick, but not as good as Sherlock Holmes… and not nearly as cool as the next Batman movie looks like it’s going to be.
OH MY GOD! THIS MOVIE IS GOING TO ROCK MY WORLD!!! And now back to our regularly scheduled programming…
Cav - Yeah, I’m feeling pretty strong. I scored a lifetime PR on the deadlift last week. I won’t say what it was because among this crowd it is embarassing. And thanks for being such a solid supporter. As for eating, I have been targeting around 4000 cal/d for many months now. However the foods I’m allowed are pretty specific, and I got no fats on training days. This means a whole shit-ton of food volume.
Jersey - I’m transitioning onto the diet starting now. The real hard stuff doesn’t start until February, though.
atypical - Usually my workout partner is the one who pushes me. This is the guy who taught me the difference between being muscular failure (which is the right place to stop your set), and lactic acid poisoning (which you push through), and mental fatigue (which you DEFINTIELY push through). Inother words, he taught me intensity.
kmc - Thanks for the ambiguous validation… I think.
dogg - I laughed through the video, but the funny thing is I put a similar amount of strategic thinking into my manscaping. Although for the show significantly more pruning is required. And since I have to toughen my skin so that I don’t get obnoxious ingrown hairs I’m starting now. It gets chilly in the winter time.
Farmer - How the hell could a person even DO a powerlena on a bosu ball… and to put my man card in even more tenuous status, I moisturize all said shaving zones too…
Up - Sex? What is that?
Todd - You won’t believe it, but my COACH actually sent me that video. I won’t be showing it to my wife, thank you very much.
Joe - The training this month was psychotic, for sure. But it doesn’t really make a guy stronger.

The first four definitely do! the 5th one…out of my scope of knowledge!!
And what’s this? rocking 200lbs of BW? Ah ha, that means I retake my title as the resident lightweight!..Seriously, super impressed with what you are willing to do to achieve your goals…great work ethic all around! Happy 2012!
Compared to my strength levels, you CANNOT be embarrassed by your DL.
By the way, they filmed Dark Knight here in Pittsburgh, was big news for a while.

I was only kidding with you man. You are definitely hardcore.
^^^ All those things you listed are hardcore, even the last one if you do it with a blunt razor.

I’ve been away lately because I’ve been distracted. It appears I’m having my fourth child…
