I’m drowing in a backlog of reading material.
This last week has been an emotional mixed bag. Work has been very draining mentally, and on top of everything there was a major equipment failure that meant me and my group were on high alert over the weekend. A lot of internal negativity came to a head… at the same time I was fasting (go figure, fasting makes a person testy… major news flash). The combined impacts meant I had a bugger of a time sleeping that night because my brain was working overtime.
I ended up missing 3 consecutive workouts. I covered the basics, but conditioning and “weak points” got short shrift.
