VIDEO GAMES Going with Bioshock and Baldurâs Gate to get me started. I wanted to play bioshock since it came out.
PHYSIQUE Judging by my waist, abs, ass fat and outer oblique I am 1-4% higher body fat than my best cut but I look a bit better. Mainly vascularity (especially in my quads and calves) and more muscle showing better definition mostly in my arms and glutes.
Part is just having more muscle but another large part is being a lot more patient in my cut and holding on to a bunch more muscle. A slightly more effective diet helps too. Potatoe Blasts are a great sledge hammer but rice is much better for performance and pumps.
When training a sledge hammer approach is best, when cutting the feather duster approach is best. - Things I should have known or trusted in the process or what ever a LONG time ago

The muscle ups were a bit kippy but in my defense I am 96kg of glutes.
Lighting Curls is an elite level body building technique. You see BBing is 10% lifting and 90% lighting. Today my bicep vein was in full force today because I used the properly positioned mirror in relation to the available lighting.
Side note: I think Reverse EZ Bar Curls have helped bring out my Biceps and vein a ton.
If youâre going back to the 90s for Baldurâs Gate you gotta look up âHeroes of Might & Magic 2.â
Itâs a turn based strategy game with old school cartooney graphics. Itâs super fun and easy to pick up.
When and if i ever reach bicep vein status, I dont think anyone will be able to tell me shit lol

I took a cab because it was raining and my ass has a lump. My mobility was shit and knees achy. Not sure how much each contributed but this workout was hard AF.
I have walked to the gym probably 49 of 50 times the last 6 years. I really think this is an overlooked part of my mobility work and warmup, although I knew it was kind of important because I got on the bike for 2 minutes as a warmup. Obviously that wasnt adequate.
Ass lumpâŠyea I think my old gear is good (huraaaay) just high concentration (thus painful BUUUUU). Going to cut it with EO or BB I think.
Its funny, I used to have a drink after a bad day of work, now I have a bad day at the gym and want a drinkâŠlifting is life bros and broettes. ![]()
Also so this morning I am all like hell yea I am going to have some creamer in my coffeee!!! (Left behind by Torreon friends). So I made a cup and it was amazing. So I made 2 more super strong cups of coffee with a ton of creamer probably using about 75% of the tiny little jug. Finally I was like I wonder what the calories areâŠ11 FUCKING 50 !!! I could ave had an ENTIRE LITER OF ICE CREAM!!! Oh FK!!! So now I am eating nothing but veggies and chicken the rest of the day hoping to curb some of this extra calories. I was hoping I could get a ton of squat volume and burn some extra calories but we know how that went.
Mi Hermanito is in town with his girlfriend so we are going to do some exploring. Should be an awesome day!!!

Bench felt great. I ate a really late meal last night and drank water in my sleep. I think that helped a ton. I also mentally needed this after yesterday and the asshole level in PDC right now can only be explained by the Ghostbusters 2 Twinkie.
Knees have been achy so did some bike.
I have used Hermanito coming to town all week and knowing we would be at the beach as motivation to eat rightâŠwell it worked because i do look and feel great but it has been raining all day for days hahahaha.
Oh well my cut is over tomorrow then it is clean maintenance and MFKN GAINZ!!! Lean, no weight gain GAINZ though.
