So Deads and Bench feel good and strong. It is looking like they are going to carry my total.
Squats SUCK!!! My depth is a bit deep and my strength just isnt there.
Maybe I celebrated Sofi’s last day of work too hard Saturday so I am sure that didn’t help.
My training is getting more specific over the next week and I am only deadlifting once per week the next 2 weeks.
I am also going to be eating a bit more. My weight is about where I want it (95-97kg).
I hope all of this will help my squat come up a bit more but I am not expecting any miracles.

I am 4.5 weeks out so if anybody has any 4 week peaking programs for Squat they like let me know.
Lot a bit of vindication:
Luis has added like 200lbs to his total and his body has noticeably transformed in the last 4-6 months. A LOT of people have been asking Luis if he is taking deh Roids. MWAHAHAHAHA!!! These are the same people who don’t understand or accept my methods and refuse to learn.
(I can forgive being bad at your job but refusing to get better out of pride or ego like WTF?)
The best was a buddy who we have discussions about this and he constantly defends his training methods (despite being the same for 2 years) and blaming my gains on roids (despite half the gym being on roids and making no gains).
There are like 2 people in that gym who accept that my methods even have merit. Both have asked and utilized my help and both hit Deadlift PRs today.
Now if I can just figure out what the fuck to do with myyyy Squat.
Oh and Luis is natty AF btw.
