First off, started T-2 and it’s amazing. I’ve noticed fat loss immediately, and fat loss it tough for me. Beginning my 1st contest prep, for Sept 15. I think I have a plan that will work. I’d appreciate input b/c I put a lot of thought into this. Stats are 6’3", 12%bf, 220lbs. Plan is. 5 meals. (65%protein, 30-35% fat and 10-15% carbs) 4 meals which are 6oz. chicken, 4 oz. 90% beef, 1 cup broccoli and 3 fish oil caps. Postworkout is 6 scoops EAS protein and 6 peach slices. Every Wed and Sun evening for a sixth meal, carb load. 10 oz. yam, 1.5 cups oatmeal, orange, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 cup vegetables. Training 4 day split. Training to build muscle, 6-8 rep range. 15 min HIIT cardio before training 3x week except before leg days. T-2(awesome) 3x day, once before morning workout and 2 more times on empty stomach. Tribex before training and later in the day. L-Glutamine and BCAA’s per Dr. Serranos recommendation. .25 per kg bodyweight. So 25g of each. Splitting Glutaming (Prolab) so I have half before and half after training. And taking 24 BCAA capsules throughout training (Champion Nutrition’s Muscle Nitro). Wanna mainly lose fat but build some muscle too. Plan came from ideas from T-Mag, Beverly, and Dr. Serrano.
What a pharmacy? I hope it all works. For me keeping it simple. I like the HIIT cardio and good protein {whey} I like the carb limitations.I avoid the rice, bread pasta potatoes. After lifting work outs I do myloplex delux which has 25 grams of carbs and 42 grams of protein. Alot of the products that help to burn fat with effedrine tend to burn me out so I minimize the use. Once in a while when I really need a jump start I will use it. Products like CLA did not make an impact on my program. Your drive and motivation to succeed is your biggest asset, as well as your follow through not to eat poorly or to skip your works outs. You do the foot work and the results will come. (kinda sounds like movie field of dreams) Good luck and don’t lose your drive to change. Peace.
