@MarkKO wrote a program for @Koestrizer a while back, based off a slightly different progression model, that laid out the basic assistance as:
~2 sets of higher rep supplemental
Lower back work
Upper back work
Core
I’ll try and link the post, but in summary he laid out an entire 16 week cycle with every piece of assistance work varying every week. Plenty of options here.
It’s worth noting, on re-reading that the first 8 weeks double up on lower back and hamstring work rather than heavier supplemental because @Koestrizer was coming back from a back injury.
