The G-Spot

I did the secdond Meltdown workout yesterday (pushpress, dips, lunges, bentover barbell row-10 reps, no rest between exercises, 4 circuits). Except for the nausea, I felt fine afterwards.

Then, about 6 hours later, my lower back started to hurt a lot. I can still stand or lie or sit pretty much however I want, but some movements are painful (I could row, but not deadlift, but am not planning on working out before it gets better). I tried a foam roller, but that only made it worse. Lying on my stomach is least painful and also reduces pain, but I can’t really lie around on my stomach the rest of the day.

Any advice on what I could do? I’ve had similar pains before, and it might be do to posture (I’m 6’2", so I have to be careful), but if it isn’t better by tomorrow, I’ll go see a doctor.

I am broad chested and most of the muscle in my chest is located out towards my shoulders. Is this normal or is there some exercises I can do to change this?

Is TG still around? Still wondering about my problem >_<

well warm her up a little killer then:

Use the ring and middle finger or your dominant hand, thumb on the clit and use the “come here” mothion with the 2 fingers in her. If you hit it right she’s squirt all over teh place and have teh most mind blowing orgasm of her life. very fun :slight_smile:

If training for football, would you recommend power cleans as one of the better explosive power developers (in addition to squats, DLs, etc) or another compound lift? Hopefully you still check this occasionally.
