weight training since i was a small fella in the garage at home the usual stuff…
played allot of sport when i was younger but with allot of injuries and a couple of ops gave up may sports career until recently after 8 years went back playing soccer.so i returned to play about 30lbs heavier and allot stronger(wasnt hard wasnt that strong to start with)
anyway here goes

front squat
4 warm up sets to a work weight of 225lbs
4x5-6 @ 225lbs
4x10-15 leg extensions
4x15-20 leg press(full stack 200kgs i think)

1x4 rdl(back started to feel a bit funky had agame yesterday was the only day i could hit legs this week)
fininsh with box jumps as many as i could…
stretch and home for dinner
no gym work today my shift at work got changed around… i didnt mention above that i work in a gym and i had to teach a spinning class today.
i have no love for spinning but the pump that i get i unreal…its grand really i suppose you can get in a bit of cardio at work and get paid for it…

level its what we call junior you wouldnt be getting paid or expenses or anything like that just said id go back and get a few seasons in while i can…
at the moment tring to adjust the training a little bit , tring to get a bit of olimpic lifts in and a bit of prowler/sled work was mainly doing kinda bb style training
