It’s probably difficult to impossible to get good haggis in the U,S., I’m not even sure where to look. But, I have friends that have been to Scotland and the more adventuresome enjoyed it - one claimed to have eaten it every day.

I’ll fedex you one. I can understand having eaten it every day - it’s quite common to get a piece of haggis in a Scottish breakfast (which is basically just an English breakfast except we add a little haggis). I have provided a picture for reference.

Yes, I was aware of the difference in adult bevvies, just wondered why so discriminatory against the e, what did it ever do to you?

Black pudding = coagulated pig blood with spices, correct? Sounds yummy.

And, while technically a tomato is a fruit, I think it qualifies as veg in this environment. Problem solved.

Hello i am a 14 year old male and i was just wondering if someone could tell me how to get really strong because i want to be able to beat uo this guy who hit my girlfriend. (Hes much bigger than me.) Also i don t want to stunt my growth im looking to build all body sttength. Anyone help me pls.

Kinda late to the party but…

  1. You do not need to train heavy at all most of the year to be a damn good powerlifter.

  2. Protein is over rated. 1g per pound of lean bw is plenty. Maybe a little more just to be safe. No point in going broke.

  3. If you don’t have a coach you are wrong. I recommend Amit Sapir highly even though training wise our training ideology is vastky different.

  4. Carbs are life. Keto is dumb.

  5. A protein is not a protein, a fat is not a fat, and a carb is not a carb. I have literally watched my my body change for the worse quickly when it comes to IIFYMs type of eating. Macros stay exactly the same yet I look when shit I eat less “clean”. I have seen it multiple times. Unless you are a naturally lean individual or on plenty of gear IIFYMs style of loose eating will not get you into top shape.

  6. 2 days of training a week is plenty if you bust your ass.

  7. Beef. Eat it.

I too only get around 1 gram per lb, and sometimes less.

Quality of food seems to lend itself more to performance and recovery as opposed to superfluous amounts of protein. At least for me…and Reed.

Your girlfriend doesn’t have time to wait several years for you to hulk out.

Walk up to the guy, and punch him as hard as you fucking can directly in the nose. 80% of people will not fight back. You’ll either have shattered his nose and hurt him bad or just shook him so much he won’t know what to do.

If he actually is a tough guy and he comes back at you, well, you’re probably gonna catch a beating. But its okay you’ve showed everyone that you’re not afraid and likely earned a lot of respect.

In your case I’d start lifting anyway though.If you add 30+ pounds to your frame(over the next few years of course) way less guys will take the chance of messing with you.Some boxing classes would help too

Don’t misunderstand me though.Either you are 90 or 350 pounds you should avoid fighting.Muscle mass and skills make you more likely to survive a fight,not immortal
